Imagine having a jury pool that is trained to not have a bias and the pool itself can properly be divvied up based off the type of case. For example of its murder The makeup of the pool could be: forensic scientists. Clinical therapist People close to the demographic of the actual defendant. And someone close to the demographic of the victim. Haven't put too much thought into it but hopefully you get what I'm trying to say. Would having this type of system benefit the state more or the defendant? Is this a good idea If not why not in your opinion?
