Was a big time smoker up until I got my new job. We get randomed monthly and I now have my CDL so that plays into it as well. I work with hazardous waste, packing/shipping and everything in between.

If weed did get rescheduled federally, would I be able to smoke?

Edit: Just to clarify I meant would I be able to smoke OFF the clock, outside work hours, I would never smoke while at work or while operating a commercial vehicle.

But given all your answers it looks to me like the answer is probably no regardless since there’s no way for them to test to see if you’re high at that very moment or from the night before.
