What charges should a man face for entering property, then entering house without an invite, showing signs of having a weapon, harassing a female (with a 13 year old female child staying out of view) for 30 minutes?
Post Body

My understanding is the homeowner was on vacation. The home owner had called this person in for a well fair check where charges were pressed. This homeowner ask during 911 call that he wanted to stay anonymous. But was told for police to do that he had to give Them his name. Obviously the situation seamed dire enough to do so.

Then 6 months later as the homeowner is plowing, he goes by their house on his way to a driveway he plows with his equipment. He sees that their vehicle is stuck, park lights on and a shovel infront of it. With no one in site, and with common sense and a kind heart, decides to do a good deed and pull snow away from the vehicle. He did not know is name was put on the court papers, and he had been (hired/asked) used his equipment before on their driveway moves the snow to assist. He picked the wrong day to help. The man and wife had been at it again. After a short altercation, and all unknowingly recorded, man asks the homeowner (the victim in before-mentioned crime) if his wife had called and asked him to do this. Homeowner says she has not, and he was trying to help siting the obvious. That’s when man asks if homeowner why he would call the cops. Homeowner says he didn’t, not wanting any problems and thinking that his conversation with police wouldn’t be shared because of the obvious. Then when being told that his name was on the court papers admits that he had called. Stating that his daughter was with him at the time of the call, and saying “my daughter was with me. I’m trying to raise her right.” And after short conversation they both left conversation with an understanding.

Then the retaliation 2 weeks later while homeowner was on first vacation, a muchly needed vacation after a few years of a lot of heartbreaking losses.

When police came the man had run off the road 100 yards from the home, 911 call for the trespassing, a gun with 2 loaded clips, with one in the 9m pistol in council. After failing a sobriety test. The man also on the way to jail was yelling at officer which kept going at the jail and attacking her (but handcuffed and properly secured.
