I called in recently to ask about adding temporary insurance to an old car that I didn't drive anymore. The front desk person said that their agents were busy and that they will call me back. I missed the call but the voicemail they said they just went ahead and added the car on without my approval. I was being billed for it however no charges were taken from it. But they never actually had my permission or authorization to add a car on. I just wanted information. As a personal matter I hate it when salespeople do stuff like this it's one thing to have an incentives another thing to literally just add on something to an account without authorization.
