Post Body

I was in court on the 8th of December with my ex partner and the judge ruled that he had to do drop offs and collections as he drives (we live in separate counties). The first week my ex decided to pretend he didn't hear the judge and refused to drop my daughter to me. He eventually gave in and dropped her for about 7pm. He then collected her on Friday (I normally only have till Thursday but due to missing Monday) then this week he went to court and the court clerk said that the order doesn't state he has to drop my daughter on Mondays, but I mean I have the order and it kind of does plus the judge said it? The court clerk said he listened to the recording and just because the judge said it doesn't matter because 'its not noted down' but it is? Now my ex is refusing to drop my daughter to Montessori on Monday as per the court order saying that I'm at fault since the clerk said the order doesn't say it. Sorry for the block of text, can anyone look at the order and tell me if I'm crazy? Is he breaching the order by not dropping her to me or not?

Thanks I'm advance
