If my college made a clerical error and resulted in me only being registered into college 8 weeks later ? Can I make some kind of claim . I didnt want to because the person who is at the center of the error is such a nice person. But lets say the economics department(its not economics) they are assholes and have caused so much problems for me and seems to be still be causing issues for me. There are so many issues coming up with my modules and people are giving out to me for things out of my control but I have to tell each person my story to explain why Im delayed an none of this was in my control or sphere of power to change and for weeks I was basically powerless as these big people in society decide my fate. its becoming stressful as professors and administrators are giving out to me for things I have no control over.

A simple summary of my issue is I had to do X exam and Y assignment for my two modules. I did X and was only given X to do . Y was necessary component of my my module but a person didnt give me Y so I couldn't complete Y. The consequence of not receiving Y was I failed college and I was told I couldn't come back that I was expunged forever from the college. I explained that I never recieved Y and had to go through whole process to get the error of not receiving Y corrected. The econ department that didnt give me Y basically tried to blame me for not recieving Y and prevented me from entering college at the normal time even though its there professional responsibility to provide me with Y. They even prevented other willing academic departments who were willing to enrol me in classes until my issue were solved so I missed out on work which I could've done . The department repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and kept blaming me. They even sent me victim blaming emails like asking me why i didnt solve the issue before it even happened , why didnt I ask to receive Y even tho my responsibily as a student is to recieve and do work and not write and give out assignements and exams. Worst part my professor said he had never given Y assignement in his 20 - 30 years working in the university . They even sent my email saying in paraphase " We didnt give you Y to do , but why didnt you do Y " it makes no sense why any grown adult would ask you why you didnt do any work you were never assigned to do . Now because of their error i met with hostitiliy from staff and professors working in the college because missed assignments because of an error I didnt cause. In the end of all of this a higher power within the university sided with me and recitifed the departments error but Im living with the consequences and it may affect me getting a good job when I gradaute in a few month
