Health insurance during divorce

Hello, I can’t seem to get a clear answer about this because I’m hearing different things from different people and would appreciate some clarification.

My husband is in the military and I have been on his health insurance since we got married, we separated in February of 2021 and I agreed to file a joint divorce after a lot of pressuring from him. I was supposed to remain on his health insurance until the divorce was finalized because I can’t afford my medication out of pocket. However I just went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and found out I was removed from the health plan prematurely.

Can he legally remove me from the health plan while we are still legally married?
