So I just recieved an email from our HR department stating moving forward that overtime will be paid out via banked hours without any discussion or negotiations. We aren't unionized but this still seems unfair. Also included in the changes are hour rounding, so if you're running late and you clock in at 16 minutes passed the top of the hour, the adjust your records to show at half past. And they also state if your tardy more than 2 times per period they are going to reduce your pay by 30 minutes per extra occurence.
Are all these things legal? My gut and experience tells me it seems sketchy but I'm not sure about that.
