Seat belt ticket. Worth court to try and drop points?

As above, got nailed today for seat belt. In and out of car all day so forgot, then when the buzz went I put it on and a cop across street clearly saw me do it. Worth while trying to get points dropped or just pay fine and eat points. Currently have none.
