Hello everyone, Need some suggestions, I worked in a company for almost more that 10 months and had two final warnings before when I was in probation basically within 90 days. Even for second warning manager told me that if there is again any safety violations then employment will be terminated but that's with the 90 days of period. I was extra careful because I don't wanna loose job but after 8 months I had a tiny touch of forklift machine to racks and worse thing was someone else reported it before me. But I was full time employee that time. Next week, Manager gave me termination letter with a Good luck. Since then I am unemployed now. Any suggestions to get back to job or they revoke termination?
