Any help is greatly appreciated.
I recently tried to renew my mortgage and was told there is a writ, its on my brother who is a cojoint owner on the property we share.
Heres the thing though, he only signed cause i wasnt able to be present at the time so he was added as such. I have been paying for the property since 2014 - mortgage payments from my bank, tax payments, and any maintenance and renovations.
Do we have to bring a motion to sever the ownership and keep me as the sole owner? Providing all my evidence (he has paid nothing to it) and would the motion be sent to superior court or ontario court?
If there is another option? Im happy with any help if possible,
