My ex and I have been separated since 2022, we did our own temporary agreement and we kept extending it. We had no issues, and the date on the agreement has long past.
She recently started making major unilateral decisions regarding our child. She has been refusing to deal with the issues amicably, refusing to do mediation, refusing to update the seperation agreement. Being very petty and selfish with complete disregard for our child's emotions.
I've read that courts will refer back to the last agreement used, when it was followed for a long period without issues.
