Abusive roommate — police said they’d remove her only if they see a confirmation from LTB that she’s unauthorized to stay in the apartment. What are my options?

Asking for a friend. Hi folks. I am primary leaseholder in a 2-bedroom apartment. I have a roommate. She is someone I signed a plain paper roommate agreement with and she is NOT on the lease. Been abusive, I gave her 48 hours notice to leave, but she’s being a classic pain in the ass. Called police to have her removed and they told me they’d need to see a confirmation/ an email from the LTB to confirm she is unauthorized to stay at the apartment, that they want to see I have the right to have her removed.

How do I get this confirmation? Anyone else ever been in a similar situation? Shouldn’t my standard lease which only has me as the listed tenant suffice? Shouldn’t our roommate agreement that explicitly says “Residential Tenancies Act does not apply” be enough? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!!
