I was involved in a car accident, I started a personal injury claim against the other party two months before the claim expired. I went through my own lawyer.
Lawyer had me find me a physiotherapy clinic. I did, I am not happy with the treatment at this clinic. I requested a change of clinic, lawyer says no can do as a contract has already been signed and I started treatment too late.
Other people that were in my vehicle are also getting treatment st this clinic and are not happy about the treatment received.
Can I request my lawyer to terminate contract with current clinic to continue treatment at another clinic?
