Travel after a conditional discharge.

Post Body

I had my trial date on June 4th 2021 and received a conditional discharge. Included one year probation. I was told 3 years after the court date (2 years after probation ended) I would be ok to cross the border into the united states again as that is when it will get deleted from the computer systems. That date is coming up quick and I am really excited to be able to go see my family and travel again. My question is, is this a for sure? Makes me nervous cause getting a denial at the border will follow you forever. My lawyer and probation officer are the ones that told me that 3years ago, it just makes me nervous and it would make me feel better to hear it again, getting this close to it all being over.
