I had brought a very expensive item into the pawn shop, well I went away to work up north. When I got back after my shift, I went to go pick up said item. When they brought it out to give it to me it was damaged. So we looked up the photos of when we brought it in to prove that it wasn't damaged when we brought it in. Indeed it was not damaged and it was in mint condition as I had left, but now it is damaged. They told me that they're not going to replace the item, but instead get it repaired. Today marks one month and their attempts to repair it were unsuccessful. They are now trying to tell me to just accept my item the way it is because they can't afford to replace it. What do I do?
