My large employer wants me to change my schedule. I had a permanent accommodation for over a year due to a medical condition. Recently hr wanted to update the accommodation. I followed the process, submitted medical info etc. The accommodation team, my doctor support me staying on the same schedule but on site management doesn't. Recently they agreed not to change my schedule.
How can I get my employer to understand their obligation to accommodate upto an undue hardship?
Would this situation be an undue hardship, given I've been on this schedule for over a year?
