Condo noise/security not helping

Hey Reddit community, I'm dealing with a noisy neighbor situation that has been going on for a while. They started playing loud music and singing at 4 am, and it continued until 9 am. I've already called security twice, and on the third call, they suggested contacting bylaw enforcement.

I'm wondering if I should also inform condo management about the ongoing issue. Shouldn't security be the one to involve bylaw enforcement? Can condo management do anything to help in this situation? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!
