Alright this a bit of a wierd situation.
About 3 to 4 weeks ago I told my supervisor I would be going for a 2 month vacation.
During that vacation I would take 2 week pto from Feb 13 to 24 And then I'd work from abroad from Feb Feb 27 to march 10
Then get another 2 week pto from March 13 to 24 and then wrok abroad from March 27 to April 10th
He said that's fine and apply for the first pto rn and the other pto after so they both get approved.
I was also told to submit the work from anywhere form which I forgot to do until Friday Feb the 10th
I work fully from home atm btw.
Now today they said my work from abroad has been rejected and that I must come back to Toronto when my pto ends on the 27th of Feb
And I don't come back that day I will have to give in my resignation.
Is there anything at all I can do regarding this?
