Hi there,
I am planning on using the services of a law group to create a will that really only includes a primary residence.
My first thought was to use the lawyers that facilitated the transaction of our home assuming they may give a preferred rate or something. This particular group straight up says on their website that they aren't the cheapest in town, but do things right.
Then there's the law groups I happen to pass by in the mall that's around 60% less than the first group.
Is choosing a lawyer something I should base on their reputation? Or is it simple enough that I don't need to spend more money than I have to for it?
