I have a severe tree nut allergy. Today I went to my favorite coffee shop and asked for whole milk in my coffee. They gave me almond milk.

I went back and filmed the entire confrontation of this negligence where the woman says she “told them whole milk”, which I asked for.

Currently at doctors. Usually my reaction is anaphylaxis but I got lucky and have mild symptoms.

What is my case for settling with this large chain and am I entitled to fair compensation for this for my mental anguish? I really dodged a bullet but this is clear negligence and need to be compensated. Last time, I was in the hospital and almost died…

Edit: If it’s not clear, I took one sip and knew immediately they had goofed…
