Insurance company apparently had a glitch in their system and I was not enrolled in dental and vision benefits for 4 months, what are my options?

Hello,

I am in urgent need of help as I need to see a dentist due to multiple cavities and tooth damage related to TMJ. I have been trying for over a month to contact my company's dental insurance on getting my insurance straightened. The person who organized the plan om behalf of my company has also emailed them. Here is what happened.

• I notice I did not get insurance or dental cards after a month of work. • I contact company which contacts broker which contacts insurance, who send me a medical card but not dental or vision • I suffer tooth pain and seems I may need dental work, I call dental insurance company and they tell me I am not enrolled despite paying. • I learn my company's broker for my company has been trying to reach the person who does the enrollments. I get her number from him and its a dead line. She left the company. • There was a glitch that affected my enrollment and I was never added to group insurance for dental or vision. • I get a number from broker to someone he knows in company and she forwards email to person who could help, that subsequent person does not pick up their phone. • My seasonal job with insurance ends end of the month. I'm trying to figure out my legal options as I am considering court or getting them fined. I have been holding off on dental care as I will not be covered.
