Where do I even start? There is a man who is cyberstalking and cyber harassing me and he has become a credible threat to me. I am a social media influencer and online-only (read: legal) sex worker - I do Onlyfans.

In November of 2021 he started sending me messages acting as if he knows me personally. He does not. I believe he suffers from a psychological issue that makes him believe we are close. It is important to note that I have never messaged him back privately — the only time I have engaged with him is publicly, via Twitter, to tell him to stop harassing me.

He has also tried to call me via Instagram. I have never replied to his messages or answered his calls (his messages and calls go to my “requests” inbox). I made a video post about this incident on Tiktok, just to document the situation and warn others about him. He then created multiple alternate accounts to continue to harass me. I had believed I blocked all of them, but apparently I didn't get all of them.

On or around May 31, 2022, I posted a picture of myself to Twitter and the same man (from an alternate account) started to make comments claiming I scammed him and threatening to reveal my true identity. Luckily, he had the wrong information (he called me Elizabeth Gasson & believes I live in London. I don't know where he got this information, but it is incorrect). He is currently trying to ruin my reputation online and has threatened me. I blocked him, so he used more alternate accounts to continue harassing me and a few of my followers.

With the help of some of my followers I was able to figure out that it was the same man from November. He has, so far, used at least 9 different accounts across social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, & Reddit) to continue stalking, harassing, and defaming me. He has repeatedly reported my content, getting it removed from these platforms. He reported my subreddit, which was then removed from the site. My subreddit and social media accounts have been one of my main forms of advertising my Onlyfans, so he has undoubtedly cost me income at this point. All of the videos and pages that have been removed have been removed on false claims (reasons cited for removal range from sexual abuse to hateful ideology).

I believe this man is an actual threat to my safety, his own safety, and the safety of others. I believe that he has formed a parasocial, one-sided relationship with me in his mind and that he will not stop harassing, defaming, and stalking me until something bad happens.

Things died down for a bit (mostly because I blocked him, I believe), but then on September 10 he emailed me, threatening to commit suicide because he saw a social media post I made about my boyfriend. In the emails, he accused me of prostitution (which is absolutely false). On September 12, following a video I made on Tiktok explaining the situation with the emails he sent (which I made for public record and to defend my reputation online) a follower of mine was doing some digging on his profile and found a public post he made which says:

“Dear Elizabeth Gasson, aka Chippylipton. I am in the unfortunate situation where I have to once again defend myself against your vile invindicated lies about me, I am so tired and annoyed that you continue to spread nothing but hatred against me and try and ruin my name and me as a person. Why are you only showing the messages I have sent you? Why not show the emails and messages you have sent myself over the past year and a half! You have a history of playing the Victim once anyone says or writes anything you choose not to like, you seen to instigate yoyr followers to attack this person like myself.

I have all the proof on my phone regarding messages, emails, phone calls between us, telling me she lives in London, been here for almost 20 years, yet tells her followers she lives in America More lies and deceit seems to come out of her mouth easily. I have absolutely nothing to loose in doing this but alot to gain with her apology to myself and my family, I have no problem in taking my phone to my solicitor and the police to show i am not lying and to prove once and for all Elizabeth has lied and deceived you all, can Elizabeth do the same? I truly don't think she can. I will ask my solicitor if needed too I will sue Elizabeth Gasson for liable and defamation of character. I will look forward to her Reply.”

Again, none of these allegations are true. Several of my followers have asked him to post the proof and he has not done so. The only thing he posted was a screenshot of an email thread between himself and someone else posing as me (it’s not an email that belongs to me — I have my suspicions that it’s actually him talking to himself as false proof). He has been publicly defaming me again, spreading lies about me. I believe he is seriously mentally ill and a danger to himself and others.

This follower also uncovered his location from public videos and photos that he posted to his profile, which were addressed to me. I could not see them because I blocked him, but she sent me screen recordings and screenshots of all of his posts pertaining to me. She said that in one video appeared to be in central London — so he must live in the UK, which tracks, as he has an English accent (I live in the United States). In another, he appears to be at an “econsult” (which she told me is a data company that processes NHS data) building. If he is employed at this business, I fear for the safety of the patients to whose data he has access.

I have evidence of all of this in the form of screenshots and videos. In these videos and pictures, he defames me repeatedly, threatens me, harasses me, and asks me to meet him in London with my boyfriend to “just talk.”

He is escalating with each post.

I want to send a cease and desist, but I don’t want him to have my real name and address. I have already contacted the IC3 (FBI) multiple times to file reports and updates. I am going to my local PD tomorrow to file a complaint here. I also have the international number for the Metropolitan Police in London & plan to report this to them as well.

What other courses of action can I take — civilly and/or criminally? I’m afraid something like a cease and desist will just “poke the bear,” so to speak. He has shown no signs of stopping & is getting more unhinged as the days go on. I’ve been dealing with this for nearly a year and my mental health is suffering because of this.
