I bought a 2013 F150 w/ 135k miles on it July 2nd. I paid 28k cash for the truck, AS IS(this is where I messed up), they offered me a 3 month drivetrain warranty for almost $4k extra. Anyways since that day I have had nothing but issues, mostly small stuff so I fixed it myself, the truck has been broke down since. I have not drove for 2 weeks and now it needs a new motor. I’ve put less than 200 miles on the truck. I live in florida, so I have a leg to stand on? Do I have any options as to either give the truck back and get my money or have them reimburse me for the repairs? It’s been sitting at an auto shop for about 3 weeks now.
