So after a lot of back and forth, this guy (lets call him Rob) could not come to an agreement with me (property manager) / the landlords. He kept calling and texting me so I resorted to just blocking his number. He then had maybe 5ish people calling me and texting me inquiring about the rent. Each person either flat out said they were referred by Rob or referenced a term that I had discussed with Rob.

One person had even submitted an application complete with SSN's, license plate numbers, addresses, and even referrals. Seeing as how easily Rob could find people to harass me, I'm assuming that the numbers listed as personal references and current landlords are probably fake or misleading. I'm fairly certain that this guy is associated with Rob.

Do I have any legal recourse or should I just keep blocking numbers and wait for it to blow over?
