Post Body

My Brother was fired last night on his way to work for a no-call no-show from Thursday night. He told the manager over the phone that he talked to her on Thursdsy night. Even sent a screen shot of the 2:14 second phone call he had with her on Thursday while talking to her. He was still fired for it. He was 5 day shy if his union benefits with the company. Does he have a leg to stand on to fight this since Oregon is an At Will State? Is being fired for a false reason that can be proven a feasible thing for him to fight with the grievance program or with a labor lawyer?
