ex-gf threatening litigation because I refuse to sell my house (NC)

Post Body

So my ex gf and I bought a house back in April of last year for 240k. Using my VA loan. (I'm active duty and she's guard). It's my mortgage but shes on the title. When I bought the house I used a quit claim deed to put her on the house. We both put about 15k towards renovations towards the house. The house value is estimated on the 320k range.

She is currently on a year rotation to Germany and left me while over there for somebody else. We have been civil the entire time up to this point but she now wants to sell the house to take half the equity. I do not want to do that because I still need to live in NC, and I want to rent this house out years from now when i leave. I've tried offering to pay her back in renovations for her half and whatever she put in the mortgage. But she is refusing and only wants the money. I also know that if I sell, I can rebuy it from a Brooker and buy it from myself and give her half the equity but my APR would triple. I still need a place to live, and I can afford the mortgage by myself. Shes been really aggresive and pushing for litigation and super rude recently. I want to know my options and reccomendatioms for proceeding.
