Military order to break lease

Post Body

Leaving for basic training soon and not sure how to go about my lease (college house with friends). I heard Iโ€™m able to withdraw from a lease by giving my landlord a written letter 30 days notice along with my military orders. Iโ€™m in the state of NJ and donโ€™t want to be denied, is there anything else I should know or do before I make a move?

Also what do I write in the letter??
