Post Body

I paid a $350 deposit and was then sent a letter informing me that the place had lead paint. This feels dishonest as I now cannot apply elsewhere since they took my deposit. Do I have any legal recourse to get back my deposit? It feels like the plan was to wait until they had my money and I had no other options other than to move in anyway.
