Can this be considered property damage?
Post Body

So I hired a guy to remodel my kitchen, he demolished it, took my money and never put it back together. Just recently I found out he has fake papers for his business and many victims. The issue is mainly civil so I am filing a small claims case, but I also found out he has many unpaid judgements and don't expect to get money back. But since he left my kitchen unusable can I claim that as property damage? I literally have nothing of my kitchen except the sink. Yes I hired him to do it, but I expected a brand new kitchen, not bare walls, no cabinets, bare floors. He owes lots people thousands upon thousands of dollars, there has to be something we can do.
