Adding Landlord and Property Management Company as Additional Insured to Renter’s Policy

Post Body

Property management company is asking us to add them and our landlord as additional insured on our renter’s policies. I’ve never had to do this.

Couldn’t I just add them as interested parties on the policy? Will they be able to submit claims to my insurance company on their own if they are added as additional insured?

My instinct is to avoid any legal entanglements by adding them onto my policy.
