Some general information; My little brother (21) as far as we can tell and according to every professional we had taken him to, he is faking his own mental illnesses and using it as an excuse to do illegal activities and attack people without repercussions. Why he does it, we don't know and no longer care, he possess to much of a threat to be ignored anymore.

He has, on several occasions when, he was still a minor, attacked foster parents, social workers, therapist, psychiatrist, and even several doctors. He only stopped this behavior once he turned 18 and got in legal trouble.

He just recently had both children back to back and was forced to move in with my father to take care of them. According to my dad he was fine when he moved in. I have recently moved in and have noticed he only acts properly when my father is around to hear him. He has, since I moved in, repeatedly whispered threats to murder his wife and children. I have also witnessed him attack and physically abuse his dog because he knows she won't fight back. It's gotten bad enough to where his wife will leave with the kids until "he gets better"

I care about niece and nephew and will defend them with my life if I have to. However, I think getting the proper authorities involved is the best solution at this point. I do not know what authorities I need to contact, or what I need to prepare to make sure this gets done right. I need help and don't know what my next steps are.
