Florida contractor law question

Post Body

I hired a contractor who told me he is licensed and insured. Provided a license and a copy of his insurance. However, he had unlicensed and uninsured individuals working in my property. One of those individuals fell and got hurt. And is attempting to sue me which my homeowners insurance will not cover. Do I have any legal recourse against the “contractor” who lied?
