I bought a car month ago and it started resisting 5 mins later, I went back to the dealer and he said its a minor spark plug issue he will get it fixed Monday from his mechanic. I parked the car at my friends near the mechanic and went on monday scared to death driving a resisting car. The mechanic did something it drove fine until my house and it started smoking, i called the dealer he was very ignorant. I googled and saw 2k expense and decide to tow it to bmw few weeks later so i had 2k saved up. I take it to the bmw and they quote 6 different oil leaks to be fixed worth 10k. What do i do? This car was a proposal gift for my fiance and i am distressed and disheartened. Do i sue the dealer, ask for a refund, ask him to pay repairs or what ? Good thing i took a loan on this car so the car still belongs to bank. PS- 3 tires were same size and 1 tire was smaller.
