Adverse possession claim in GA

Post Body

My boyfriend’s father died a few months ago, and his brother will be inheriting his property including a mobile home that he has been living in for over 20 years (the brother). The land was previously owned by his grandfather who died in 2011. Then his uncle, who hates him, convinced his nanny to gift the uncle the land, which has only ever been utilized by the brother and his father. Did the 20 years required for adverse possession reset when the uncle was given the land? Can he be evicted? What if the brother gives me permission to live there? Can I be evicted? There has never been a lease for the lot.
