I gave someone a ride , got pulled over , they dropped a felony worthy pipe and some substance is all I know under their seat after I was pulled out of the car. I'm on parole but and I genuinely knew it was a risk but I was trying to help a friend I am having whatever was dropped fingerprint tested , does having whatever was dropped fingerprint tested matter that much when it comes to drug possession cases in the state of sd?
