I’m really needing help right now. I don’t even know if I need a lawyer or where to begin. I have had worked at a childcare facility where I thought I was created equal. My director said I was her go to person for overtime, everyone knew it and I hated it. She lacked any kind of consideration for her coworkers, and she did a lot of stuff that wasn’t fair to other employees including the correct pay. Now I have come to HR explaining my concerns. They send a message to me back saying how their employees are their number one concern. Now another thing to note is that we have tablets and the tablets have the director’s email pretty much opened to us and not locked. I noticed it had my email that I sent to HR. The HR person forwarded it to my director and said the following: “I told you she’s crazy.” I have pictures for proof. I need help please.
