[Help] Need Guidance/Awareness on Potential Polyamorous Lifestyle

[Background] The relationship would consist of the following: - 3 adults - 3 current children - 1 planned child - 2 separate households but will be in the same neighborhood - Will live in the state of Georgia

Person A - Is male - Currently has 0 children - Currently makes $150K in annual salary - Has never been married - Currently owns 1 home with plans to buy 1 additional home - Will live in House 1 (primarily)

Person B - Is female - Currently has 2 children - none from Person A (both are from different fathers) - Child 1 and Child 2 belong to Person B - Currently married and about to divorce - Previous husband lives in a state 1000 miles away from Georgia - Makes $50K in annual salary - Will live in House 1

Person C - Is female - Currently has 1 child not from Person A - Child 3 belongs to Person C - Would like to have 1 child with Person A - Currently married and about to divorce - Previous husband has had many legal issues, and lives in a state 1000 miles away from Georgia - Makes $50K in annual salary - Will live in House 2

[Structure - Living] - Person A would split time between House 1 and House 2 via weekly rotation - Person A will pay mortgage of House 1 and split mortgage payment of House 2 w/ Person C - There will be no traditional/legal marriages between any adults involved

[Structure - Finances] - Persons A, B and C will have separate banking and retirement accounts - Person A, B and C will contribute 15% of salaries to retirement accounts - Person A, B and C will each contribute $50/month to stock investments accounts created for each individual child (each child will receive 1 $50 investment per month) - Persons A, B, And C will each contribute $400/month to split between “Family Accounts” (Family Emergency ($200), Family Leisure ($100), and Family Travel ($100)

[Rules - Allowed] - Persons A, B and C are free to express themselves sexually with other partners - Persons A, B and C will get tested bi-monthly for STDs

[Rules - Not Allowed] - Persons A, B and C are not allowed to create other families/children outside of this core family - Persons A, B and C are not allowed to bring outside sexual partners to the home (that could be a potential safety issue for adults and children - must go book hotel room)

[Questions] 1. What needs to be known legally? Is this type of poly relationship in danger within the court of law compared to other types of poly relationships? Are there benefits to this type over others?

1. Can this structure of relationship jeopardize the custody of children for the women? How can this be prevented? Are their lawyers who specialize in helping legal poly relationships that can consistently be briefed on the healthy structure of the relationship in case custody/legal battles ever occur?

2. To reduce these risk to outside interference from legal or people, should the title of Home 2 be in Person C’s name? Or can it stay in Person A’s name? (Would be preferred to stay in Person A’s name)

3. For safety reasons, should Persons A, B and C notify each other their location/what hotels they will be if/when they are with other sexual partners for safety reasons? Is this too much policing?

4. Without you knowing the personalities involved, would you say this structure is a positive one? Any suggestions for improvement?
