I’ve been trying to transfer this condo from my dads name to mine for no exaggeration like 3 years. My dad has the same name as me making shit confusing as shit. The person who notarized the quit claim deed also passed away since it’s been so long since it’s been half filled out.

Everything’s filled out besides the first page. Consideration $ Property transfer $ assessors parcel no I have no clue what I’m doing and it’s trying to the point I’m about to say fuck this 100k condo and just move out not even caring about taking it from my dad. I’ve lived here for 9 years and haven’t moved because I’ve been waiting to get it in my name. Someone please help me I can’t live in this 500 sq feet condo much longer.

Honestly getting desperate someone please tell me where to go I’ll pay whatever it takes idc this quit claim deed process has been straight burning hell for me. Been to clerk of courts 4 times tell me it’s filled out wrong. Google doesn’t help feel like I’m burning a 100k investment that I can’t touch
