I got a reckless driving charge in va. I can prove that my vehicle is governed which will prove that i can't reach the speed that I'm being accused of. My question Reddit, is can i get this dismissed by providing the speed limiter data, or do i need to show the dash cam which will still incriminate me for speeding? I'm trying not to self incriminate. Just trying to make this charge go away
