Does my employer owe me loss wages.
Post Body

A couple months ago my job was posted at another branch, I started at $14.00 over 2 years ago, this job position posted was making 14.50 and I finally had the nerve to ask my regional manager about this, he explained that the starting wage has gone up again to start at $15.00 an hour. And that Iā€™m not entitled to this change until may of next year when I get my yearly raise. Which would put me at $15.00 an hour anyway. Is this legal. I feel like Iā€™m losing money.
