I live in PA, which is a two party consent state. Iām curious though, since at my place of employment, they have multiple recording devices around, am I then, in turn allowed to record conversations between my supervisors and management. The signs are visibly posted that there is surveillance being performed. Does that not also mean Then that they are consenting to being recorded as well?
