Apartment problems

Just make this short and sweet. I live in an apartment complex where the lease in the lease agreement it states that we're supposed to have laundry on site. But all 30 of our dryers have been out for the past 2 months and they've had the laundry mat closed so is there anything I can do? Besides just going to the coin laundry
