Post Body

My son's mother came over to drop off my son who's a little under the weather last night. In the midst of her telling what meds and how much to give him, her car gets towed. After doing some research I've figured out the vehicle was towed illegally. I'm trying to fact check this before I have to deal with the towing company or the apartment complex. There is a sign at the entrance and exit of the property but not a single parking spot in the entire complex is posted with sign that by law should say NO PARKING VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE with the towing company's name and phone number listed. I found a legal aide article that backs up my claim of incorrect signage throughout the the property but I couldn't find any hard evidence when evaluating the actual Texas laws and regulations on towing and booting that confirms this claim but I'm no lawyer. Far as I got was (Texas Law) Sec. 2308.255 which tells me what I'm looking for is designated in Subsection G. I'm lost here and was wondering if anyone could further explain this to me.

Here is a copy of the legal aid article I mentioned.
