not sure if scam or not

got an email from someone claiming to be from a lawyer named kevin m hartse but the email itself says its from attorney barbara parker
the email is from cash advance group with an advance america header in the email. i can find either lawyer and the docket in the email are
DWA 4967251
i also went to both sites and neither even serve customers in my state and i dont have an account with them.
can someone help me with this or should i do nothing cause its possibly a scam.
