mother of female H
father of female H
non-biological 32yo friend of female H that is considered a sister
fiance of 32yo friend of female H
maternal grandparents of female H

16yo female H filed for emancipation in early June in NV due to unsafe living conditions, parental neglect, being forced to sleep in a room with three brothers (one of whom is over 21) or in the living room and having no privacy. One day after her parents were served the emancipation papers they informed her that her maternal grandfather was suffering from health issues and needed a caretaker, requesting 16yo female H specifically. mother of female H took Female H to OK. Upon arriving it was clear that the maternal grandfather did not need a caretaker. Mother of Female H left 16yo Female H behind in OK and returned to NV. Parents then informed Female H that she cannot come home unless she drops emancipation case. Parents also threatened to shut off data on her phone to prevent her from making the emancipation hearing which is being held online. Grandparents do not have wifi. Grandparents live on the Chickasaw reservation.

non-biological 32yo friend of Female H whom is considered a sister is concerned for Female H's safety. Grandfather has history of anger issues and both grandparents have history of drug abuse. Female H has informed 32yo friend that her grandfather calls her "fat", "stupid", and "worthless". Female H has mentioned that she doesn't have the strength to wake up anymore and other potentially concerning red flags of self-harm/suicide. Female H has attempted suicide before. 32yo friend and her fiance have contacted NV authorities and OK authorities/tribal police. Tribal police performed a welfare check and determined that female H is not in physical danger.

Female H has called 1800runaway and the closest shelters to her are 1.5 hrs away. Female H wants to go back home to NV. She has not been registered for any schools and it is assumed that parents are still receiving EBT and Medicaid support in NV for her while she is in OK. 32yo friend and fiance want to file for immediate guardianship and retrieve her from OK and register her for school in NV, but don't know how to do that or if they can.
