oklahoma, USA. So this post isnt really for me but for a friend of mine. Basically her and her boyfriend are moving and found a house that is owned by a reverend. She later was told by him that he only took payment in the form of bitcoin. I told her to look up reviews of him and she said she couldn't find anything. Is she right for being skeptical? Can a landlord even ask for bitcoin? Any advice will dom thank you

Edit: she is now telling me that the guy is in Cali on a mission trip and she hasnt even been inside the house. He wont send her the key until after she pays
