How to pull a will

Post Body

Hi, I need to pull a will (my grandmothers). My grandmother left her house as various portions to people. I am not in said will, but there are family members that may or may not be taking advantage of others. I have the means (money) to get an attorney to look into this. But before I even hire anyone, I want to actually look at the will (not hearsay) to figure out if anyone has merit/validity. Do i call the circuit court clerk of the division of probate to do this? Edit- Florida
