I need advice about insurance compensation from car accident

Today a woman pulled out in front of me while I was driving 45 mph on a main road. I am at no fault. The police gave her a ticket for causing the accident. My car is totalled. She was a licensed and insured driver. I am licensed but my insurance lapsed. I was taken off the scene in an ambulance and luckily only broke my ankle. I live in Ohio, will I be compensated? Thanks!
