How do I find contact information for a prisoner in Georgia?

My previous post, my ex is in a hospital in Ga. He is very possibly dying.
He has a brother who has been in prison since 1992. Last I heard he was going to be released to a half way house once my ex filled out paperwork. ( I don't think he ever did).
I want to let his brother know what's going on but don't know his inmate number or what prison he is in.
Is there another way to search for him?
